PRAYER OF A SINGLE PARENT   Heavenly Father, Let me express my grateful appreciation for the precious gifts of children you have entrusted in my loving care.   Grant me the grace and strength to raise these wonderful human beings. As a single parent, I only have you as my divine partner in raising them upright and well.   Help and lift me up when the going gets tough and challenging ahead.   Provide me the courage and total trust that you will find the way for resolving whatever situations come our way.   Empower me, Oh Lord, to worship and honor you with the responsibility of a genuine parenthood. Allow the undestanding that we are just assigned guardians of our children who have their own destiny as you will their lives to be.   Whenever fear and anxiety get the better of me, Lord, come to my rescue and let me surrender all my concerns trusting in your infinite powers and love.   Instill in all of us Chirst-like values which will inspire others who become part of our lives to believe and become closer to you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
*I just want to share this to all single moms and single dads. This came from my cousin Jessa. Thank you, Jet!

My latest niece! Welcome to the family!

Because I love visiting her every weekend. Hello there Georgina Cassidy! Or shall I call you Inah! Yie. Your ate Iya would be happy to hear that your name sounds alike.

I would wait patiently for 2-3 months until you’re able to see how beautiful the world is. I know that you could hear our loud and happy voices and I wish you could see us already so you could put that wonderful and adorable smile everytime. 🙂

livetothefullest: This is my battle..

My name is Anna Carmela Kho, I am 22 years old and a proud single mom to my 1 and a half son Liam Arthur.

Just about the beginning of this year, I was looking for a regular job, I did online job huntings and went to scheduled interviews and exam almost everyday. Then suddenly, I was required to…

livetothefullest: This is my battle..

Good evening. I was wondering if you would take a moment out of your day to read the following post and spread the word. Though the post may be long, it is a very touching and important message that all should know. Both of the people in the story are people I hold close to my heart and who are now left to live a life without their loved ones due to fast spreading cancer. Hope all is well! Once again, thank you. Spreading the word means more than you know. Warmly, Ash ♥

Hi Ash!

Sure, it’s no problem. Please do me a favor and reblog my post as well. It will also help my sister.

Thank you and God bless!

Give Hope for ALL

My sister Anna, finally succumbed to have chemotherapy as treatment for her ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). I prayed really hard that she will have a successful administration of meds and God answered my prayers. The one thing I fervently asked was for her not to experience any side effects of the chemotherapy.

God is truly great because my sister finished her therapy and with God’s grace, she didn’t throw up or got nauseated. She only got hungry. I’m so relieved.

For this month, her treatment will be weekly and then later on, it will become monthly. To help sustain the costs of her hospitalization and medicines, we are selling raffle tickets at 100 pesos only. The proceeds will be for my sister’s ongoing treatment.

I hope that you can share whatever amount for her. If you’re located in Manila, you can buy the tickets from my sister Anna. I will be updating this post on the exact contact details.

Thank you and may God return your generosity a hundred times over.
